A presente dissertação buscou compreender a agência negra na construção de espaço/espacialidade de cidadania na produção literária Carolina Maria de Jesus. O conceito de cidade negra foi utilizado como categoria analítica, visando compreender as ações e articulações das pessoas negras em (re)construir identidades e elementos culturais por meio da constituição de espaços sociais. O método analítico-interpretativo (KARAM, 2017) utilizado para a guiar o procedimento de aproximação da produção literária da Carolina com o direito, incorporando a análise literária como ferramenta de coleta de dados. A presente pesquisa teve como objeto de estudo os seguintes livros: Diário de Bitita, Quarto de despejo: diário de uma favelada, Casa de alvenaria: Osasco e Casa de alvenaria: Santana. A categoria analítica, cidades negras, permitiram compreender e aproximar os dados da análise literária do direito. Utilizando o conceito de direito autoconstruído, foi possível compreender as ações cotidianas individuais e coletivas na autodeterminação do sujeito coletivo na produção literária da Carolina Maria de Jesus.

Abstract in English
The present dissertation sought to understand the black agency in the construction of space/spatiality of citizenship in the literary production of Carolina Maria de Jesus. The concept of black city was used as an analytical category, aiming to understand the actions and articulations of black people in (re)constructing identities and cultural elements through the constitution of social spaces. The analytical-interpretative method (KARAM, 2017) used to guide the procedure of approaching Carolina's literary production with the law, incorporating literary analysis as a data collection tool. The present research had as object of study the following books:Bitita's diary, Eviction room: diary of a slum dweller, Masonry house: OsascoIt isMasonry house: Santana.The analytical category, black cities, allowed us to understand and approximate data from the literary analysis of law. Using the concept of selfconstructed law, it was possible to understand the individual and collective daily actions in the self-determination of the collective subject in the literary production of Carolina Maria de Jesus.
