Esta dissertação trata do evento comunicativo do termo de declarações policial da mulher vítima de violência doméstica e/ou familiar no crime de ameaça, tendo como base teórico- metodológica da Análise do Discurso Crítica, na vertente Dialético-Relacional (Fairclough, 1989; 1999; 2003; 2016). Estudos linguísticos sobre a interação comunicativa na tomada de depoimentos pela polícia, principalmente em países de língua inglesa, revelaram falhas e deficiências no processo de coleta de provas. Essas falhas podem incluir questões relacionadas à formulação de perguntas, às técnicas de entrevista, à manipulação de respostas, à interpretação de linguagem ambígua, à influência de vieses linguísticos e culturais e à retextualização de informações orais em texto escrito. No contexto brasileiro, há uma reserva de estudos e pesquisas que exploram especificamente a interação verbal na tomada de termo de declarações policial, especialmente relacionados às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e/ou familiar. Esses relatos orais, reduzidos a termo pela escrita do agente policial, possuem um peso significativo na avaliação do Ministério Público e do Juiz de Direito, ora para conceder ou não a medida protetiva de urgência em favor da vítima, ora para condenar ou não o autor. A ameaça nesse contexto pode se tornar um problema de grande complexidade, resultando em lesões corporais graves e até mesmo feminicídio, caso o relato da vítima não receba a devida atenção do policial. A falta de conhecimento nessa área pode levar a práticas experimentais impróprias ou ineficientes durante os processos de investigação e coleta de provas, comprometendo a qualidade e a confiabilidade das declarações dessas mulheres. Desse modo, este estudo tem como objetivos: a) Descrever e analisar os gêneros, os discursos e os estilos decorrentes dos eventos sociais a serem observados; b) Identificar e caracterizar as vozes que se articulam dentro do discurso nos textos coletados; c) Verificar as marcas linguístico-discursivas que permitem evidenciar de quem é o discurso do documento do termo de declaração; d) Estimar se as interações linguísticos-discursivas repercutem no campo do direito, especialmente nas concessões de Medida Protetiva de Urgência. A pesquisa envolveu observação direta de práticas e procedimentos no atendimento a mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e/ou familiar nas Delegacias de Defesa da Mulher do interior do Estado de São Paulo, com anotações de campo, análise de termo de declarações e gravações em áudio de entrevistas. Foi verificado o contexto do processo de entrevista com essas mulheres, com foco no ambiente social e físico das Delegacias de Defesa da Mulher. Foram explorados os aspectos sociais, culturais, políticos e históricos relacionados à violência contra a mulher e à instituição policial. Foi realizada uma análise do processo de termo de declarações policial dessas mulheres com o propósito de examinar a dinâmica envolvida e destacar as categorias linguístico-discursivas presentes nos textos produzidos durante a interação entre policial e a vítima. São abordadas questões relacionadas à objetividade e à confiabilidade das denúncias, proporcionando uma reflexão crítica sobre o impacto dessas denúncias na garantia dos direitos das mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica. Essa análise em potencial identifica lacunas, desafios e melhorias necessárias nos processos de avaliação e tomada de declarações policial.

This dissertation addresses the communicative event of the written police statement provided by women who are victims of domestic and/or family violence in cases of threats, using Critical Discourse Analysis as the theoretical and methodological framework, specifically the Dialectical-Relational approach (Fairclough, 1989; 1999; 2003; 2016). Linguistic studies of communicative interaction in police interviews, particularly in English-speaking countries, have revealed flaws and deficiencies in the evidence collection process. These flaws may include issues related to question formulation, interviewing techniques, manipulation of responses, interpretation of ambiguous language, influence of linguistic and cultural biases, and the retextualization of oral information into written text. In the Brazilian context, there is a lack of studies and research specifically exploring verbal interaction in the process of obtaining a written police statement, particularly involving women who are victims of domestic and/or family violence. These oral testimonies, transcribed into written statements by police officers, carry significant weight in the evaluation by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judge, of whether to grant or deny urgent protective measures for the victim or to convict the perpetrator. Threats in this context can become a problem of great complexity, resulting in severe bodily harm and even femicide if the victim's account is not properly attended to by the police and the judiciary. Lack of knowledge in this area can lead to improper or inefficient experimental practices during the investigation and evidence collection processes, compromising the quality and reliability of these women's statements. Therefore, this study aims to: a) Describe and analyze the genres, discourses, and styles arising from the observed social events; b) Identify and characterize the voices articulated within of the discourse in the collected texts; c) Identify the linguistic-discursive markers that allow us to determine whose discourse is present in the police statement document; d) Determine if the linguistic-discursive interactions have repercussions in the field of law, particularly in the decisions made by the Public Prosecutor's Office. The research involved direct observation of practices and procedures in the assistance provided to women who are victims of domestic and/or family violence in Women's Protection Defense Police Stations in the interior of the State of São Paulo, with field notes, analysis of police statements, and audio recordings of interviews. The context of the interview process with these women was analyzed, with a focus on the social and physical environment of the Women's Protextion Defense Police Stations. Social, cultural, political, and historical aspects related to violence against women and the police institution were explored. An analysis of the process of obtaining a written police statement from these women was conducted to examine the dynamics involved and highlight the linguistic-discursive categories present in the texts produced during the interaction between the police officer and the victim. Issues related to objectivity and reliability of the allegations are addressed, providing a critical reflection on the impact of these reports on ensuring the rights of women who are victims of domestic violence. This potential analysis identifies gaps, challenges, and neces sary improvements in the evaluation and process of obtaining a written police statement.
