A presente dissertação propõe uma reflexão sobre as relações entre museu e sociedade a partir da Sociomuseologia, com o objetivo principal de apresentar uma proposta de programa educativo de inclusão sociocultural capaz de atender à demanda do público que habita os arredores da Instituição do Memorial da Resistência de São Paulo, em específico para as pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social.
