O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi problematizar na Região Metropolitana da Baixada Santista as transposições rodoviárias de trânsito rápido na escala dos residentes urbanos, no âmbito da faixa de domínio rodoviária e do recorte do trecho urbano predominantemente linear do Projeto Rodoviário SP-55 - Padre Manuel da Nóbrega e Doutor Manuel Hipólito Rego e suas obras de arte especiais em concreto: passarela, passagem inferior e ponte. Como questão central norteadora, buscamos investigar como a linguagem metanarrativa diagramática (perceptiva, analítica e prospectiva) dialoga com três escalas distintas e simultâneas: metropolitana, urbana e espacial local imediata. Procedeu-se ao diálogo à maneira de um ensaio e exercício de projeto diagramático, a fim de estabelecer sugestões de produção de políticas públicas, esboçar eixos de infraestruturas modais, inquirir ambientes de mobilidade e dialogar com possíveis transposições a partir desse esboço de eixos de infraestruturas modais sempre a partir da escala dos residentes urbanos. Este ensaio e exercício não busca concluir em si, tampouco considerar uma verdade absoluta; busca dialogar com os diversos campos epistemológicos do conhecimento e, principalmente, para a produção de políticas públicas e para uma Arquitetura da Infraestrutura e Equidade. Na chave da equidade e do direito à cidade, buscamos sugestões da integração das infraestruturas modais com o enfoque na qualificação do chão da cidade, haja vista as obras de artes não possuírem sensibilidade e continuidade com a estrutura urbana no que se refere-se à transposição dos residentes urbanos. A partir do entendimento de transposição: trocar o lugar ou o membro da equação, vencer obstáculos, permutar, superar um problema e uma dificuldade diagnosticada na análise sistemática do acervo técnico das fontes primárias das obras de artes especiais em concreto, entrevistas e pesquisa de campo. Ressalta-se que a pesquisa de campo foi experenciada na escala sugerida, ou seja, não motorizada, onde o percurso contempla o tensionamento do problema de forma ampliada, permitindo investigar a infraestrutura rodoviária e seus componentes constitutivos de projeto, a partir e na relação imediata da faixa de domínio, evidenciando através da linguagem metanarrativa diagramática a sensação sensorial e corporal obtidas e diagnósticos para a compreensão do problema, tendo como devolutiva diagramática simbólica aquilo que interessa à luz do referencial teórico abordado; e, na perspectiva de serem revisitados, menciona-se a oportunidade de diálogo, quando postos tais ensaios lado a lado ou correlacionados. Por fim, enseja-se um amadurecimento no campo das decisões informadas pelo desenho, para verificação dos eixos binários de fluxos modais híbridos como possível pressuposto, associados às transposições das escalas do chão da cidade, para que tais obras de artes especiais venham a assumir o papel de obra de fruição.

The objective of the present research was to problematize, in the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista, road transpositions of fast transit in the scale of "urban residents", within the scope of the road domain strip and of the predominantly linear urban section of the SP-55 Highway Project - Padre Manuel da Nóbrega and Doctor Manuel Hipólito Rego and their engineering structures the so-called special works of art in concrete: walkway, underpass and bridge. As a central guiding question, we sought to investigate how the diagrammatic metanarrative language (perceptive, analytical and prospective) dialogues with three distinct and simultaneous scales: metropolitan, urban and immediate local space. We proceeded to the dialogue in the manner of an essay and diagrammatic project exercise, in order to establish suggestions for the production of public policies, sketch modal infrastructure axes, inquire mobility environments and dialogue with possible transpositions from this outline of modal infrastructure axes always from the scale of urban residents. This essay and exercise do not seek to conclude in itself, nor to consider an absolute truth; it seeks to dialogue with the various epistemological fields of knowledge and, mainly, for the production of public policies and for an Architecture of Infrastructure and Equity. In the key to equity and the right to the city, we prosed suggestions for the integration of modal infrastructures with a focus on the qualification of the city floor, given that works of art do not have sensitivity and continuity with the urban structure in terms of transposition of urban dwellers. From the understanding of transposition: changing the place or member of the equation, overcoming obstacles, exchanging, overcoming a problem and a difficulty diagnosed in the systematic analysis of the technical collection of the primary sources of special works of art in concrete, interviews and field research. It should be noted that the field research was carried out on the suggested scale, that is, non-motorized, where the route contemplates the tensioning of the problem in an expanded way, allowing the investigation of the road infrastructure and its constituent components of the project, based on and in the immediate relationship of the domain range, showing through the diagrammatic metanarrative language the sensorial and corporal sensation obtained and diagnoses for the understanding of the problem, having as feedback symbolic diagrammatic what matters in the light of the approached theoretical reference; and, with a view to their being revisited, we mention the opportunity for dialogue, when such essays are placed side by side or correlated. Finally, a maturing in the field of decisions informed by design is considered necessary, for the verification of binary axes of hybrid modal flows as possible assumption, associated with the transpositions of the scales of the city floor so that such works of art may assume the role of works of fruition.
