Essa pesquisa analisou a Cooperação Técnica disposta pelo Brasil no período entre 2003 e 2010 e buscou contribuir para o debate acerca das agendas de interesse da Política Externa Brasileira com a África. A pesquisa está divida em três eixos: i) o histórico sobre cooperação e política externa do Brasil com a África; ii) a apresentação de dados coletados junto ao Senado Federal e Agência Brasileira de Cooperação (ABC); e iii) as considerações finais com base na literatura e dos dados quantitativos sobre o tema.

This research analyzed the technical cooperation provided by Brazil between 2003 and 2010 and sought to contribute to the debate on the agendas of interest of Brazilian foreign policy with Africa. The research is divided into three axes: i) the background on cooperation and Brazil's foreign policy with Africa; ii) the presentation of data collected from the Federal Senate and the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC); and iii) the final considerations based on the literature and quantitative data on the subject
