O presente trabalho tem como tema central o comportamento do visitante em áreas naturais. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar um direcionamento comportamental de busca de informações por Interpretação Ambiental (IA) estimulado por nudges, com auxílio da tecnologia móvel, visando assim um melhor entendimento da natureza que cerca o visitante, com a finalidade de adoção de práticas sustentáveis. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória virtual, ambientada no Núcleo Engordador do Parque Estadual da Cantareira, em São Paulo. A pesquisa executada foi de natureza aplicada, gerando indícios que podem auxiliar na busca pela conservação ambiental. No presente trabalho, procurou-se despertar o interesse por IA por parte dos visitantes. Assim sendo, partiu-se dos seguintes pressupostos: 1 - se o visitante se interessar em ler o qr code instalado na entrada de uma trilha, as chances de querer saber mais sobre IA serão maiores. 2 - nudges de norma social levam a resultados melhores do que perguntas diretas. Os resultados positivos indicam caminhos a seguir, sendo essa pesquisa um nudge para a formulação de hipóteses que levem a novos estudos e ações práticas que busquem a sustentabilidade

The present work has as its central theme the behavior of the visitor in natural areas. The objective of this research was to identify a behavioral direction of information search by Environmental Interpretation (EI) stimulated by nudges, with the help of mobile technology, aiming at a better understanding of the nature that surrounds the visitor, with the purpose of adopting sustainable practices. For that, a virtual exploratory research was carried out, set in the Nucleo Engordador of Parque Estadual da Cantareira, in São Paulo. The research carried out was of an applied nature, generating evidence that may help in the search for environmental conservation. In the present work, we sought to awaken interest in EI on the part of visitors. Therefore, the following assumptions were made: 1 - if the visitor is interested in reading the qr code installed at the entrance to a trail, the chances of wanting to know more about EI will be greater. 2 - social norm nudges lead to better results than direct questions. The positive results indicate paths to follow, and this research is a "nudge" for the formulation of hypotheses that lead to new studies and practical actions that seek sustainability
