Este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender quais são os reflexos da relação entre as lógicas institucionais das Organizações da Sociedade Civil (OSCs) e do poder público nos resultados coproduzidos da implementação do Marco Regulatório das Organizações da Sociedade Civil (MROSC). Foram estudados os casos de dois entes subnacionais brasileiros: o município de Belo Horizonte e o estado da Bahia. Para tanto, utilizou-se as literaturas de coprodução de bens, serviços e políticas públicas e de lógicas institucionais, sobre as quais foram construídos dois construtos, suprindo-se lacunas de ambas. Por meio dessas lentes teóricas, foi possível melhor analisar o processo de implementação do MROSC a partir da perspectiva de que atores de diferentes organizações tem altos níveis de participação nele, contudo, não de forma totalmente equilibrada, sendo presentes também conflitos entre as diferentes lógicas presentes estatal, da gestão pública, e comunitária, das OSCs. Os métodos utilizados foram qualitativos. Foi feito um estudo de caso instrumental coletivo, com foco nos Conselhos de Fomento e Colaboração (CONFOCOs) de Belo Horizonte e da Bahia, utilizando-se as técnicas de análise documental, observação participante, e entrevistas semiestruturadas. This paper aimed to understand what are the reflexes of the relationship between the institutional logic of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and public authorities in the co-produced results of the implementation of the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC). The cases of two Brazilian local governments were studied: the municipality of Belo Horizonte and the state of Bahia. For that, it was used the literatures on the co-production of goods, services and public policies, and on the institutional logics, on which two constructs were built, filling gaps in both. Through these theoretical lenses, it was possible to better analyze the process of implementing the MROSC from the perspective that actors from different organizations have high levels of participation in it, however, not in a fully balanced way, with conflicts between the different logics present the state logic, for public management, and community logic, for CSOs. The methods used were qualitative. A collective instrumental case study was carried out, focusing on the Promotion and Collaboration Councils (Conselhos de Fomento e Colaboração - CONFOCOs) of Belo Horizonte and Bahia, using the techniques of document analysis, participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. It was observed that the results co-produced in a given context of implementation of the MROSC are influenced by the way in which the different institutional logics existing in the field are related one to the other
