Este trabalho tem por objeto a pornochanchada ao longo dos anos 1970. Nele, procura-se descrever as condições de seu aparecimento e da sua conformação como gênero fílmico. Para tanto, estudou-se, sobretudo em São Paulo, o circuito de sua produção, exibição e recepção tendo como fontes testemunhos de época, material de propaganda como cartazes e releases, anúncios e críticas publicadas em jornais, reações de seu público e de censores que constam em pareceres de então. Assim, pretende-se compreender como a pornochanchada foi construída como categoria de percepção, a partir dos olhares de diversos atores sociais inseridos nesse campo, bem como entender como seu conceito se instrumentalizou no âmbito da crítica, convertendo-se em estratégia de distinção cultural. Ao final, como estudo de caso, analisou-se o filme História que nossas babás não contavam, de 1979, produzido por Aníbal Massaini Neto e dirigido por Oswaldo de Oliveira

This work has the object of pornochanchada throughout the 1970s. It seeks to describe the conditions of its appearance and its conformation as a film genre. To this end, it was studied, especially in São Paulo, the circuit of its production, exhibition and reception having as sources testimonies of the time, advertising material such as posters and releases, advertisements and criticisms published in newspapers, reactions from its audience and censors that appear in opinions of that time. Thus, it is intended to understand how pornochanchada was constructed as a category of perception, from the views of various social actors in this field, as well as to understand how its concept became instrumental in the scope of criticism, becoming a strategy of cultural distinction. In the end, as a case study, we analyzed the film Histórias que nossas babás não contavam, from 1979, produced by Aníbal Massaini Neto and directed by Oswaldo de Oliveira
