Diante de tantas transformações pelas quais as sociedades passam atualmente no campo das identidades, os discursos sobre gênero e sexualidade estão em disputa, especialmente em se tratando do terreno educacional. A partir do pensamento que inscreve a revista Nova Escola como artefato cultural formador de subjetividades e práticas no campo educacional, o presente trabalho apresenta uma análise de discursos relacionados aos temas: questões de gênero e sexualidade, veiculadas no periódico entre os anos de 2012 e 2019. O objetivo primordial da pesquisa foi a verificação da arquitetura desses discursos: suas estratégias, modos de endereçamento, enunciados recorrentes, contexto político no qual estão inseridos, entre outros aspectos. Pretendeu-se ainda, verificar a possível presença desses discursos nos documentos oficiais brasileiros norteadores dos currículos educacionais no período estipulado, em relação aos temas propostos (Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais e Base Nacional Comum Curricular). A metodologia adotada foi a análise de discurso de inspiração foucaultiana, em diálogo constante com autores/as da abordagem pós-crítica com trabalhos referenciais nos campos dos estudos feministas, de gênero e Estudos Culturais. Os resultados da pesquisa nos revelam um intrincado jogo de forças entre os discursos da revista e os discursos ultraconservadores de alguns setores da sociedade, que atualmente tentam interditar tais debates na Educação. Ademais, verificou-se que a mídia analisada opera no sentido de regular a conduta docente no que diz respeito às questões de gênero e sexualidade, através de suas práticas discursivas.

Before the many transformations that societies currently undergo in the identity field, discourses on gender and sexuality are in dispute, especially when it comes to the educational realm. Based on the thinking that inscribes the magazine Nova Escola as a cultural artifact that forms subjectivities and practices in the educational field, this thesis presents an analysis of discourses related to the subjects: gender and sexuality issues, published in that journal between the years 2012 and 2019. The prime objective of this research was to verify the architecture of those speeches: their strategies, ways of addressing, recurring statements, political context in which they are inserted, among other aspects. It was also intended to verify the possible presence of such speeches at the official Brazilian documents guiding the educational curricula at that same period, in relation to the themes proposed (National Curriculum Parameters and Common National Curricular Base). The adopted methodology was the analysis of Foucault-inspired discourse, in parallel with authors of post-critical approach and referential works on feminism, gender and Cultural Studies. The results reveals an intricate game of forces between the magazine speech and the ultra-conservative speech of some sectors of society, which currently tries to interdict the Educational debate. It is also noticed the protocols adopted by the analyzed media in order to regulate teaching conduct in regards of gender and sexuality issues, throughout its discursive practices.
