A estrutura do trabalho é a continuação da tese de doutorado, "Contribuição ao estudo crítico do Inconsciente Freudiano", defendida no Instituto de Psicologia em 1973. Preocupava-me situar epistemologicamente a minha prática. Com o ensino deLacan pude fudamentar a hipótese da particularidade da psicanálise, em relação à filosofia e à experimentação. A hipótese do Inconsciente através do Método Freudiano da Associação Livre, indica uma nova dimensão na investigação da realidadehumana. Lacan, estabelecendo a Linguagem como condição do Insconsciente, propõe a noção de Real, que vai propiciar um avanço na fundamentação e na prática da Psicanálise. A outra dimensão da linguagem, a partir da orientação Lacaniana, é o Gozo.A nova compreensão da sexualidade humana, vai possibilitar o tratamento preciso da Identidade Sexual. A universalização desta prática exige a ultrapassagem da linguagem comum da descrição para a linguagem artificial dos matemas

The structure of this work is a follow-up of my doctor`s degree, "Contribution to the critical study of freudian inconcious", defended at the Psychology Institute, in 1973. I was worried to base the hypothesis of the particularity of thePsychoanalysis in relation to Philosophy and experimentation. The hypothesis in the Inconscious througt the Freudien Free Association Method, indicates a new dimension in the investigation of the human reality. Lacan fixing up the languageascondition of the Inconscious, proposes the concept of Real, that will make the principles and practice of Psychoanalysis go further. The other dimension of language, from the Lacan`s orientation, is the Enjoyment (jouissance, Gozo). The newunderstanding of Human Sexuality, will make possible the exact treatment of Sexual Identity.
