Apresentamos resultados de interacoes de exchange por degraus de magnetizacao em ultra-baixas temperaturas aplicada a alguns semicondutores magneticos diluidos contendo ’MN’, ’CO’ e ’EU’. Nossos resultados incluem a primeira determinacao direta das constantes de interacao entre segundos vizinhos no ’ZN IND. 1-X’’MN IND. X’s (’J IND. 2’/’K IND. B’=-0,42’+ OU -’0,01 k) e no ’PB IND. 1-X’’EU IND. X’ ’SE’ (’J IND. 2’/’K IND. B’=-0,251’+ OU -’0,004 k). Para o ’CD IND. 1-X’’CO IND.X’s uma constante de exchange foi medida (’J/K IND. B’=-1,2’+ OU -’0,1 k) mas a sua atribuicao a interacoes entre segundos ou terceiros vizinhos nao foi possivel, dependendo de novas investigacoes. Alem disso, um novo valor para a constante de anisotropia de ion unico em outro material, ’CD IND. 1-X’’CO IND. X’’SE’, foi estabelecido (’D/K IND. B’=0,673’+ OU -’0,005 k)

We present results of interactions of exchange by magnetization steps in ultra-low temperatures applied to some diluted magnetic semiconductor containing 'MN', 'CO' and 'I'. Our results include the first direct determination of the constant interaction between neighboring seconds' ZN IND. 1-X''MN IND. X's ('J IND 2.' / 'K IND B.' = - 0.42 '+ OU -'0,01 k) and' PB IND. 1-X''EU IND. X '' SE '(' J IND 2. '/' K IND B. '= - 0.251' + OU -'0,004 k). For the 'IND CD. 1-X''CO IND.X's one constant exchange was measured ('J / K IND B.' = - 1.2 '+ OU -'0,1 k) but its attribution to interactions between second or third neighbors it was not possible, depending on new investigations. Furthermore, a new value for the anisotropy constant of at another single ion material 'IND CD. 1-X''CO IND. X''SE 'has been established (' D / K IND. B '= 0.673' + k -'0,005 OR)
