Abstract in English
The present text, presented as part of the requirements for the Associate Professorship Dissertation, aims to organize and update reflections on the organization of information and communication, within the digital culture, for architectural design processes. It is also interested to approach Cybernetics in its capacity as a metatheory of information and communication organization, which observes productive processes and proposes multidisciplinary revision and integration strategies, aiming to promote innovation. The text systematizes a selection of eight academic articles produced between the years 2000 and 2017, organized in four chapters: 01 Training and Methods, 02 Education, 03 Inclusion, 04 Design Process. Written by myself or in co-authorship with fellow researchers or students under my guidance, the papers which this text is based on, address the general theme of the design processes in the digital age. The results presented in the articles refer to teaching, extension and research activities carried out within the framework of the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism, University of São Paulo, and the research group Nomads.usp - Center for Interactive Living Studies, IAUUSP -, which I participate as a coordinator, since 2001.
