Esta dissertação dedica-se ao estudo comparado de dois romances espanhóis contemporâneos da segunda metade do século XX: El exilio interior e La veu melodiosa, respectivamente de Miguel Salabert e Montserrat Roig. Procura examinar semelhanças e diferenças existentes a partir de alguns traços comuns às duas obras, pois ambas têm um perfil de romance de formação cujo enredo concentra-se na relação tensa entre o herói e a sociedade espanhola dos anos da guerra civil e da ditadura franquista.

Abstract in English
This dissertation is devoted to the comparative study of two contemporary Spanish novels of the second half of the twentieth century: El exilio interior and La veu melodiosa, by Miguel Salabert and Montserrat Roig respectively. It attempts to examine the similarities and differences from a few features the two works have in common, since both have a profile of novel of formation whose plot centers on the strained relationship between the hero and the Spanish society of the years of civil war and Franco's dictatorship.
