Abstract in English
This dissertation is an experiment in the application of computational tools for the analysis of a empiric kinship network of the Kraho indigenous people. The network is formed by relations of filiation, marriage, name-giving and formal friendship. The experiment is largely based in ethnographic data about the Kraho and discusses them in light of anthropological theories of the kinship studies field, especially the Alliance Theory.
