Esse estudo tem como propósito mostrar como é possível avançar, na teoria freudiana, das pulsões para o desenvolvimento infantil, deste para a psicologia das neuroses e, tendo estes pontos como um tripé de sustentação, passar para a teoria da cultura. Partimos da análise preliminar da teoria pulsional, a fim de mostrar como elas, que têm como fonte o corpo, ganham representação psíquica. Em seguida, analisamos como a circulação pulsional, inicialmente apoiada no corpo, segue uma ordem no desenvolvimento infantil e como, a partir deste desenvolvimento, surgem as diferentes instâncias psíquicas - Eu, Isso e Sobre-Eu. Depois, mostramos como a fixação em uma etapa do desenvolvimento das instâncias psíquicas pode desencadear uma enfermidade – seja ela uma neurose de transferência ou uma neurose narcísica. E finalmente, investigamos como as etapas do desenvolvimento pulsional infantil e os diferentes tipos de enfermidades já estão em nós fixados como esquemas congênitos, determinados em uma época arcaica da espécie humana, e repetidos nas vivências individuais.

This study has the purpose of showing the possibility of making advances in the Freud's work, from drive’s theory to the children's development, then from this one to the neurosis psychology, considering these three issues as the tripod of sustenance, passing to the cultural theory. Starting with the preliminary analysis of the drive’s theory, to show how they, which have as a source the body, get psyche representation. Next the drive’s circulation is going to be analysed, at first based on the body, followed by the children's development and from this development the different agencies psyches come up (ego, id and super-ego). Then, we are going to show how the fixation on one of the stages of the development of the psyche agency can bring about a disease - it may be a transference neurosis or a narcissistic neurosis. And finally, we're going to look into the stages of drive’s development in children and the different kinds of diseases which are already part of our congenital schema, which are determined in human beings' ancient times, and repeated in individual existences.
