Abstract in English
The objetive of this work is to analyse the social representations produced by bank tellers made sick at work. The basic hipothesis argues that the relation between health-work-sickness contributes for disconstruction/construction of workers identity, if we think that social relations are transformed by a new reality mediate by sickness. The productive restructuring of the financial sector has changed the characterists of the bank tellers, and these points form the social and economic context that contribute for the sickness. They affect their subjectivity and sociability, because they lose their identity, space and time references. We conclude that: to become ill, beyond the possibilities to construct new identities, is a learning process, dinamic and complex, depends on assimilate and product knowledge and action forms.
