The main purpose of this work is the study of stability of solutions for a certain class of functional" Diffecential Equations of Neutral Type by perturbation effects, We suppose that the variational equations at the origin, with respect to the class of non perturbed equations are uniformly stable (asymptotically uniformly stable). Using Lyapunov functionals for the class of nonperturbed equations, we get conclusions about the uniform stability (asymptotical uniform stability)of the asymptotically self-invariant sets relatively to the perturbed equations,.
