Apresentamos, neste trabalho, um novo sistema ótico para medidas de absorção, luminescência e tempo de vida de estados excitados. O objetivo é desenvolver o sistema de modo a permitir que o arranjo para cada uma das diferenças medidas seja fácil e rapidamente obtido. O sistema opera na região de 0.2 até 1 micrometro do espectro eletromagnético e a temperaturas de 1.7 a 4.2K. Um campo magnético de até seis tesla pode ser aplicado sobre a amostra. A amostragem ótica, eficiência e pontos críticos, com o sistema eletrônico e de aquisição de dados são discutidos. Finalmente, resultados envolvendo medidas com GdAlO3:Cr3+ são apresentados

We present, in this work, a new optical assembling for measurements of absorption, luminescence and time-decay for samples under magnetic Field. The main propose was to develop a practical system where the different measurements could be quickly set and done. The assembling works between 0.2 to 1 micron of the electromagnetic spectrum and temperature between 1.7 to 4.2K. The magnetic Field can be up to 6T. The optical design, efficiency na critical points, with electronics and data acquisition systems, Will be discussed. Also ultimate noise in the different arrangements Will be show. Finally, results involving measurements with GdAlO3:Cr3+ Will be presented, with future improvements for better signal-to-noise ratio
