Abstract in English
Using the technique of space charge limited current and thermally stimulated current, a study was made about the origin of traps in naphthalene single crystals. With the theories of transient of current and steady state space charge limited current, it was possible to calculate the trapping time, activation energy and density of traps. Using a theory of monomolecular detrapping kinetics, it was possible to exp 1ain the thermally stimulated current peaks observed and the activation energy, frequency and capture cross section were calculated. It was possible to show that the use of both theories is very important for a complete characterization of the traps in naphthalene
