Utilizamos neste trabalho filme de colágeno reconstituído e orientado, obtido a partir da extração ácida, usando como fonte de matéria prima tendão de Aquiles de boi. Fez-se uso do método de detecção síncrono nulo para efetuar medidas do coeficiente piezoelétrico de tensão d14 versus temperatura. Observou-se que quanto mais seca está a amostra, maiores são os coeficientes piezoelétricos. A medida que a temperatura aumenta os valores dos coeficientes diminuem e quando a amostra é resfriada os coeficientes tornam a aumentar mas com valores diferentes dos valores do aquecimento, em geral os valores obtidos no resfriamento são mais altos do que os obtidos no aquecimento

We used in this work the collagen film reconstituted and oriented, obtained from the acid extraction, using as a source of raw material Achilles tendon of an ox. Was use of synchronous detection method to make null measurements of piezoelectric strain coefficient d 14 versus temperature. It was observed that the more the sample is dry, the higher the piezoelectric coefficients. As the temperature increases the coefficient values decrease and when the sample is cooled to make the coefficients increase, but with different values of the values of heating, in general the values obtained in cooling are higher than those obtained on heating
