Abstract in English
A great number of TSC and isotermal decays were carried out in ambient air, aimed to investigate the polarization processes in thin PVF2 foils. The analysis of the results seems to indicate the following: For Alfa-samples, the polarization processes is connected with dipole orientation in the bulk of the material, while, for Betha-samples, these processes are partially due to motion of carriers inside the material. For this case a fitting assuming a first order kinectic process was successful, allowing to derive several parameters.
