Abstract in English
We describe the constraction of a wide line NMR spectrometer operating betwen 1 and 500 MHz at temperatures from 1.5 to 300°K. The spectrometer allows mesurements of the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation time, T1n, by the saturation recovery tecnique. We also present the measurements of T1 for 19F in CaF2 dopped with U3+ as a function of the magnetic field orientation in the (110) plane at 4.2, 77 and 300°K. The observed anisotropy and temperature dependence are discussed and a model is given to explain the anisotropy at high temperatures. This model is based upon the anisotropy of the electron nuclear dipole interation near the diffusion barrier
