INTRODUÇÃO: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo elaborar a análise de custo-efetividade dos protocolos de tratamento denominados LLA 97 comparado com o GBTLI 99 para pacientes pediatricos, portadores de Leucemia Linfocítica Aguda. MÉTODOS: Foram levantados dados retrospectivos de 23 pacientes tratados com o protocolo GBTLI 99 e 19 pacientes tratados com o protocolo LLA 97. Os custos dos tratamentos form atualizados para o valor presente, considerando a tabela de reembolso SUS. A medida de efetividade adotada foi de 5 anos de sobrevida. Foi utilizado o modelo de análise árvore de decisão para calculo de efetividade. RESULTADOS: Sob a perspectiva da instituição, a razão incremental custo efetividade do tratamento GBTLI99 comparado ao tratamento LLA97 é de (-) 9.976,00 por ano de sobrevida ganho. Sob a perspectiva do SUS, a razão incremental custo efetividade do tratamento GBTLI99 comparado ao tratamento LLA97 é de + 5.333,00 por ano de sobrevida ganho. CONCLUSÃO: Considerando a diretriz do Banco Mundial que determina que o custo adicional por ano de vida ganho não ultrapasse o valor do Produto Interno Bruto per Capita do país, tendo sido este valor de R$ 32.747,00 (fonte IBGE) em 2018, a estratégia GBTLI99 é dominante, mais barata e efetiva, quando comparada a estratégia LLA97.

INTRODUCTION: The present study aims to elaborate the cost-effectiveness analysis of the treatment protocols called LLA 97 compared to GBTLI 99 for pediatric patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia. METHODS: Retrospective data were collected from 23 patients treated with the GBTLI 99 protocol and 19 patients treated with the LLA 97 protocol. The treatment costs were updated to present value considering the SUS reimbursement table. The measure of effectiveness chosen was5 years of life. The analysis model decision tree was used to calculate effectiveness. RESULTS: The incremental cost effectiveness ratio of GBTLI99 treatment compared to LLA99 treatment is (-) 9.976.00 per life´s year gained. CONCLUSION: Considering the World Bank guideline that determines that the additional cost per year of life earned does not exceed the value of the per capita Gross Domestic Product of the country, this value being R $ 32,747.00 (IBGE) in 2018, strategy GBTLI99 is dominant, cheaper and more effective when compared to the LLA97 strategy
