Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar e comparar as representações históricas produzidas pelas universidades e imprensa dos movimentos políticos-culturais dos anos 60 com as representações utilizadas pelos alunos do ensino médio contemporâneo enquanto instrumento para entender o movimento estudantil atual. Foram realizadas entrevistas com alunos do ensino médio, participantes da União Municipal dos Estudantes Secundaristas de São Paulo (UMES), entidade composta por dois milhões e meio de estudantes de ensino fundamental, médio e técnico, cursos supletivos, pré-vestibulares e livres da cidade de São Paulo. Através de uma metodologia de pesquisa de inspiração etnográfica, estabelecemos uma mostra qualitativa de oito entrevistas e, também, utilizamos fotos e letras de músicas da época.

This research had with objective identify and compare the historical representations made of universities and press of the political-cultural activity in the years 60 with the representations of the students contemporary intermediate teaching while instrument to understand the actual student activity. Interviews were produced with students intermediate teaching. Theyre participants of the Union Municipal of the Intermediate Students of the São Paulo (UMES), body composed of two millions and five hundred thousand of the students fundamental teaching and intermediate teaching, schools technologies and others courses of studies. Over to a researchs methodology to ethnographical inspiration, we fixed the analysis to eight interviews, photos and letters music age.
