Abstract in English
This research has sought to identify an experience in the field of faculty formation that could carry indicatives of a disruption from the established model of formation by a specialist. Evidence of a breakaway from this model was found in a project developed by a group of teachers. The research is based on scholars of the field of faculty formation, such as Antônio Nóvoa, Maurice Tardif and Phillippe Perrenoud. In order to question the predominant ideal of faculty formation, this study is theoretically substantiated by psychoanalysis, referring to authors such as Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan and Rinaldo Voltolini. The development of this study is guided by ethnographic methodology. Thus, it has been concluded that the project developed by these teachers led to the engagement of theses professionals with their formation, so that they may be responsible as subjects of knowledge for the educational act.
