O presente trabalho procurou confrontar a produção acadêmica sobre transtorno do déficit de atenção com hiperatividade, e os desdobramentos do laudo, no contexto familiar, escolar e da saúde. Para conhecer melhor os critérios de elaboração dos laudos do transtorno, foram realizadas leituras de prontuários, seguida de entrevista junto aos profissionais responsáveis pela elaboração do diagnóstico. No contexto escolar, a pesquisa se desenvolveu tendo como base primeiramente a observação dos alunos diagnosticados com o transtorno. Tal observação foi seguida de entrevista junto aos professores que atuavam diretamente com os alunos. Junto às famílias, a pesquisa se desenvolveu por meio de entrevista com os responsáveis juridicamente pelas crianças. O objeto de nosso estudo foi o atendimento que as crianças diagnosticadas com o transtorno do déficit de atenção recebem nos segmentos mencionados, ou seja, a família, a saúde e a educação. Dessa forma, a pesquisa incide no atendimento que é destinado a essa criança. No contexto educacional, com o intuito de perceber se o princípio de educação para todos é assegurado de fato, para tanto, quais ações são realizadas no interior das unidades de ensino a fim de assegurar tal princípio. No contexto da saúde, conhecer quais os critérios são utilizados na elaboração do laudo do transtorno e as bases de um possível tratamento. Nesse conjunto, entre as famílias, conhecer como as mesmas lidam com o transtorno em face aos esclarecimentos fornecidos tanto pelo serviço médicos, tanto pelos profissionais da educação. Enfim, qual a relação entre saúde, educação e família, na possibilidade de acesso, permanência e possível sucesso desse aluno no contexto escolar. Nos contextos pesquisados, é premente encaminhar a necessidade de uma formação educacional em que os professores, com seus respectivos conteúdos estejam no centro das ações desempenhadas pelos sistemas educacionais. Ainda, que ocorra maior aproximação entre os segmentos pesquisados, ou seja, que o conhecimento médico, não seja reinante aos demais segmentos (família e escola), que as praticas medicas não sejam hipervalorizadas, como sendo a única capaz de reconhecer, lidar e curar as crianças com o transtorno do déficit de atenção com hiperatividade.

This study sought to compare the academic production on the disorder of attention deficit with hyperactivity, and the ramifications of the report, in the family, school and health. To know the criteria for preparing reports of the disorder, there were readings from charts, followed by interviews with professionals responsible for preparing the diagnosis. In the school context, the research was developed based on the first observation of students diagnosed with the disorder. This observation was followed by interviews with the teachers who worked directly with students. Along with the families, the survey was developed through interviews with those responsible legally for the children. The object of our study was the care that children diagnosed with the disorder of the lack of attention given in the mentioned segments, in other words, the family, health and education. This away, the research focuses on the care that is intended for that child. In the educational context in order to understand the principle of education for all is achieved in fact, for both, what actions are performed within the units of instruction to ensure this principle. In the context of health, know what criteria are used in the reports of the disorder and the basis for a possible treatment. In all, between the families, know how they deal with the disorder in relation to information supplied by both the medical service, both for professional education. Finally, what the relationship between health, education and family, the possibility of access, retention and possible success of this student in the school. In the contexts studied, is pressing forward the need for an education in which teachers, with their contents are at the heart of actions performed by the educational systems. Also, closer to occur between the segments surveyed, that the medical knowledge, is not prevalent to the other segments (family and school), that medical practices are not over rated, as the only able to recognize, cope and cure "children with the disorder of attention deficit with hyperactivity.
