O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender os processos de desorganização grupal verificados durante a Supervisão psicanalítica de um grupo de educadores sociais de crianças em situação de rua. Os grupos se constituem num movimento dialético de desestruturação, reestruturação e estruturação, no entanto, no grupo de educadores estudado se produziu um excesso de desorganizações e um intenso sofrimento psíquico. Entre as diversas formas possíveis de abordagem de um caso em pesquisa, optou-se pela construção de caso, privilegiando um olhar que parte da clínica, na qual entendemos fundar-se a descoberta psicanalítica em sua vocação de retroalimentação da teoria. A pesquisa privilegia três grandes eixos: o grupo, o mal-estar dos sujeitos agrupados na desorganização e a contribuição das instituições nesse mal-estar. Para alcançar seu objetivo, a pesquisa faz um percurso histórico iniciado com as formulações de Freud, sobre as motivações dos sujeitos para organizar um grupo, segue com a epistemologia dos grupos criada por Bion e a metapsicologia psicanalítica de grupo de Kaës, com seus organizadores psíquicos e socioculturais do agrupamento, que serviram de indicadores para a análise das desorganizações, a psicopatologia dos laços intersubjetivos, as funções metassociais das instituições e conclui com as contribuições da filosofia de Honneth (2008) sobre a patologia do social. Ao fim desse percurso, este estudo aponta as falhas das funções metassociais das instituições apoiadas na patologia do social, como promotoras do intenso sofrimento psíquico a seus membros pela impossibilidade de inclusão do pensamento nas práticas educativas, restando as desorganizações grupais como mecanismos de defesa e a dessubjetivação de cada um no laço institucional

The objective of this study is to understand the group disorganization processes that occured during psychoanalytic supervision of a group of social educators working with children who live on the streets. The groups constitute themselves in a dialectical movement of disintegration, restructuring and structuring, however, in the group of educators who were studied, an excess of disorganization and an intense psychological distress were produced. Among the many possible ways to approach a case study, it was decided to build the case by favoring a look coming from the clinic, in which we understand the psychoanalytic discovery is based on its feature of feedback theory. The research focuses on three main areas: the group, the malaise of individuals who are grouped in the disorganization and the contribution of institutions in this malaise. To achieve its goal, the research makes a historical journey that starts with Freud's formulations on the motivations of individuals to organize a group, follows with the epistemology of the groups created by Bion and the group psychoanalytic metapsychology of Kaës, with its psychic and socio-cultural organizers of grouping, which served as indicators for the analysis of disorganization, the psychopathology of intersubjective ties, the metasocial functions of the institutions and concludes with the contributions of philosophy of Honneth (2008) on the social pathology. At the end of this journey, this study points out the shortcomings of metasocial functions of the institutions supported by the social pathology, as promoters of intense psychological suffering to their members by the impossibility of inclusion of thought in educational practices, remaining the group disorganization as a defense mechanism and the desubjectivation of each one in the institutional tie
