O objetivo da pesquisa foi compreender a construção do vínculo no processo grupal de uma equipe que realiza um projeto de educomunicação. A fundamentação teórica e metodológica foi inspirada na teoria dos grupos operativos da psicologia social pichoniana, que considera aspectos afetivos e cognitivos no processo de construção do vínculo intersubjetivo. A educomunicação é uma área de intervenção em ambientes educativos (redes escolares e políticas públicas de outras áreas, ONGs etc.) e de comunicação tecnológica (televisão, rádio, jornal, internet etc.), cuja intenção é formar sujeitos e grupos expressivos, críticos e ativos em suas comunidades, capazes de discutir, produzir, gerir, difundir e avaliar produções de comunicação e sua função social, por meio de processos grupais participativos de produção. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada com um grupo de profissionais de educação que compõem a equipe de educomunicação de uma instituição municipal que realiza serviços de educação e assistência social para crianças e adolescentes e que estava então implantando a proposta em seus programas pedagógicos. O método de pesquisa foi concebido como um estudo de caso em pesquisa qualitativa e combinou as técnicas de grupo operativo, de registros etnográficos de observação e de entrevistas individuais abertas. A análise da pesquisa enfocou as dimensões individual, grupal e institucional como forma de compreender o processo grupal. Foram destacadas conclusões e discussões a respeito da referência ao grupo de educomunicação como espaço de intercâmbio, desenvolvimento pessoal e coletivo, proteção e elaboração de conflitos; da incidência de organizadores psicosociais como experiência, hierarquia, formação e gênero para a estruturação ou obstrução do vínculo grupal; e do efeito adoecedor da relação contraditória da instituição com a equipe.

The objective of this research was to understand the building of the bond at the group process of a team from an educommunicational project. The theoretical and methodological grounding was inspired in the theory of the operative groups of the Pichon-Rivière's social psychology, which considers affective and cognitive aspects in the process of construction of the intersubjectivity bond. The educommunication is an intervention area in educative (schools and public politics of other areas, NGOs etc.) and of technological communication (television, radio, periodical, internet etc.) environments. Its intention is to form expressives, criticals and actives citizens and groups in its communities, capable to argue, to produce, to manage, to spread out and to evaluate productions of communication and its social function, by means of participative group processes of production. The field research was carried out with a group of education professionals who compose the team of educommunication of a municipal institution that offer services of education and social assistance for children and adolescents, and that was then implanting the proposal in its pedagogical programs. The research method was conceived as a study of case in qualitative research, and combined the techniques of operative group, etnographyc approach, and opened individual interviews. The analysis of this research focused the individual, group, and institutional dimensions as form to understand the group process. Conclusions and discussions had been detacheds about the reference to the group of educommunication as a space of interchange, personal and collective development, protection, and elaboration of conflicts; the incidence of psycho-social organizers as experience, hierarchy, formation and gender for the building or obstruct the group bond; and the make them sick effect of the contradictory relation of the institution with the team.
