O presente estudo discute o trabalho do psicanalista em serviços de acolhimento para crianças e adolescentes através da experiência de um psicanalista inserido nesses serviços na cidade de São Paulo. A pesquisa tem como ponto de partida as questões vivenciadas no cotidiano dos serviços, quanto a dificuldade para desenvolver intervenções e os impasses frente a escuta analítica nessas instituições. Uma dessas dificuldades relaciona-se a escassez de pesquisas sobre o tema, principalmente que tratem do trabalho de psicanalistas que estivessem inseridos em serviços desse tipo. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é de investigar o trabalho do psicanalista em serviços de acolhimento para crianças e adolescentes. Os objetivos específicos são de conceituar teoricamente o trabalho do psicanalista em instituições; analisar o discurso institucional dos serviços de acolhimento para crianças e adolescentes; propor uma articulação teórico-prática ao trabalho do analista inserido na instituição de acolhimento. Parte-se daí em uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o trabalho do psicanalista em instituições, recolhendo as especificidades dessas intervenções. Com isso, percebeu-se que muitas vezes o trabalho do psicanalista tem a ver com a problematização dos discursos e práticas do cotidiano institucional. Quanto a intervenção de psicanalistas em instituições socioassistenciais, os trabalhos consultados demonstraram um campo ainda em abertura, com pesquisas exploratórias que pretendem demonstrar quais intervenções foram possíveis de serem realizadas. Quanto a instituição de acolhimento, foi possível perceber que seu discurso orbita em torno de três formações históricas fundamentais que marcam o acolhimento institucional no Brasil, a saber: o período caritativo-filantrópico, menorista e da garantia de direitos. A partir disso, pudemos formular uma questão preliminar a escuta de crianças nesses serviços que se relaciona a um discurso de criança abandonada, que se forma na aglutinação desses modelos dentro das práticas institucionais. Para articular o trabalho do psicanalista na instituição, recorre-se a tática, estratégia e política em Lacan, apresentada no texto da direção do tratamento, uma vez que se trata de uma conceitualização capaz de abrir o campo de intervenção analítica fora do consultório tradicional ou do modelo standard. A partir dessa conceitualização, foi possível delimitar quais as táticas e estratégias puderam ser desenvolvidas no período de trabalho nessas instituições e discutir sobre a política da falta-a-ser, que é a própria ética do analista, o qual não deve abrir mão. A partir disso, a pesquisa conduziu através das elaborações lacanianas no seminário VII A ética da psicanálise, situando o aspecto trágico no cotidiano de trabalho como a escuta do sujeito do inconsciente. Pela sustentação da política do analista na instituição é que foi possível a sua inserção na equipe e a realização de intervenções com crianças e adolescentes analisadas através dos operadores clínicos da psicanálise e apresentadas no formato de vinhetas clínicas. Finalmente, considera-se que o trabalho do psicanalista nessas instituições deve conter em seu bojo a própria clínica psicanalítica, situada em sua ética da falta-a-ser, a qual não deve abrir mão, podendo a partir disso, considerar as vicissitudes do campo institucional e os discursos que o atravessam

The present study discusses the work of the psychoanalyst in childcare services for children and adolescents through the experience of a psychoanalyst inserted in these services in the city of São Paulo. The research has at its starting point the issues experienced in the daily life of the services, as the difficulty to develop interventions and the impasses against a psychoanalytic listening inside these institutions. One of these difficulties is related to the lack of research on the subject matter, especially that they deal with the work of psychoanalysts who were included in services of this type. The general objective of the research is to investigate the work of the psychoanalyst in childcare services for children and adolescents. The specific objectives are to conceptualize theoretically the work of the psychoanalyst in institutions; formalizing the healthcare institution through the analysis of the institutional discourse and finally proposing a formalization of the theoretical and practical viable work of the psychoanalyst inserted in the health care institution. It starts from a bibliographical research on the work of the psychoanalyst in institutions, gathering the specificities of these interventions. With this, it was noticed that the work of the psychoanalyst often has to do with the problematization of the discourses and the everyday practices of the institution. Regarding the intervention of psychoanalysts in institutions of social assistance, the works consulted presented a still open field, with exploratory research that intends to demonstrate which interventions were possible to be performed. As for the healthcare institution, it was possible to perceive that its discourse orbits around three fundamental historical formations that mark the institutional healthcare in Brazil, namely: the charitable-philanthropic period, the minority period and the guarantee of rights period. From this, we were able to formulate a preliminary question about the listening of children in these services that is related to the discourse of an abandoned child, which is formed in the agglutination of these models within institutional practices. In order to formalize the work of the psychoanalyst in the institution, Lacan's tactics, strategy and politics are presented in the text about treatment's direction, once it aims at a conceptualization capable of opening the field of analytical intervention to outside of the traditional or standard model. From this conceptualization, it was possible to delimit which tactics and strategies could be developed in the period of work in these institutions and to discuss the politics of the lack-to-be, which is the psychoanalyst's own ethics, from which he should not give up. Thus, the research led through the Lacanian elaborations in seminar VII - The ethics of psychoanalysis, placing the tragic aspect in daily work as the listening of the subject of the unconscious. Due to the support of the political by the psychoanalyst in the institution, it was possible to insert them in the team and to carry out interventions with children and adolescents psychoanalyzed through the clinical operators of psychoanalysis, which are presented in the form of clinical vignettes. Finally, it is considered that the work of the psychoanalyst in these institutions must contain within the core of his own work the psychoanalytic clinic, situated in his or hers ethics of lack-to-be, which should not give up, and from this, can consider the vicissitudes of the field and the discourses that cross it
