Abstract in English
The subject of a child psychosis was examined based on Freuds psychoanalytical theory and Lacan further studies on the matter. Methodological aspects regarding the use of clinical descriptions and their fundamental procedure according to a given conception of language were delt in order to circunscribe the time as a basic condition of the description as a clinical construction. A reading perspective is proposed for some aspects of the methapsychology of the psychosis which intended to make compatible the idea of time as a descriptive connection with the idea of the language as model of the psychic apparatus. Such a perspective is denominaded linguistic estratification of the psychic. In this they seek amplify the inicial conception of language presumed by Lacan (the structural conception derived from Saussure) in order to include some thesis of the philosophy of language as well as to valorize the side of the linguistic of enunciation. The examination of some descriptive fragments, considering such a model, showed that a psychotic child presents great instability in sustaining simultanious meanings contexts. The rough-and-tumble play was used as sample context. His agressiveness was considered as temporally unarticulated. The relation among jouissance, satisfaction and pleasure become altered in relation to neurosis which could be verified by irreversibility of the grammar of the drive (Trieb). Finally, in the sphere of talking and of the speach acts the plan of significant, the proposition and the ennunciation do not conect in intermediate formations. The value of the tone, the rythm and the temporal enunciation was suggested as the route to eventual therapeutic interest
