Na construção da ação de um NASF (Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família), recém-implantado, em conjunto com uma USAFA (Unidade de Saúde da Família) no território do Sítio Conceiçãozinha, bairro da periferia do município de Guarujá, criou-se uma pesquisa cartográfica sobre os processos de constituição de um saber-fazer e a produção do cuidado no cotidiano do trabalho em saúde. No acompanhamento das atividades já existentes, o incômodo frente ao modo como as questões de Saúde Mental Infantil eram acolhidas até o momento, que se mostrava insuficiente diante do que era percebido, produziu a necessidade de organização de outro jeito de acolher, e a rodinha de conversa constituiu-se como um espaço de acolhimento para as crianças e suas famílias, em encontros quinzenais de uma hora, intercalando-se atendimento ao grupo de responsáveis e ao grupo de crianças. Uma atividade que produziu alterações nos fluxos da rede, em que Atenção Básica, Saúde Mental, Assistência Social, Educação, as famílias e as crianças passaram a compreender este espaço e a utilizá-lo de distintas maneiras. A narrativa surge nesta dissertação como uma estratégia possível para organizar os movimentos de construção de um dispositivo de cuidado no território, neste caso, a rodinha de conversa, como uma ação comum dos profissionais do NASF, da USAFA e da rede, apontando os esforços, as parcerias estabelecidas, as alterações nos fluxos da rede, as disputas, as capturas, entre outros elementos. Ao escrever as narrativas, deu-se visibilidade também ao próprio processo de escrita, que é atravessado por forças que disputam a direção de como pretende ser anunciada a experiência neste trabalho em saúde. In the construction of the action of a NASF (Family Health Support Center), recently implanted, alongside a USAFA (Family Health Unit) in the territory of Sítio Conceiçãozinha, a neighborhood in the outskirts of Guarujá, a cartographic research on the processes of know-how constitution and the production of care in the day-to-day of the healthcare work was created. In the monitoring of the already existing activities, the discomfort face to the way these Child Mental Health questions were received up to the moment, which showed to be insufficient in the face of what was noticed, produced the need of organizing another way of receiving, and the conversation circle was constituted as a welcoming place for the children and their families, in one-hour biweekly meetings intertwining support to the group of those in charge of the children and to the group of children itself. An activity that has produced changes in the flows of the network, in which Primary Health Care, Mental Health, Social Assistance, Education, the families and the children have come to understand this space and to use it in different ways. The narrative appears in this thesis as a possible strategy to organize the movements of building a care instrument in the territory, which in this case is the conversation circle, as a common action of the NASF professionals, of the USAFA and of the network, indicating the efforts, the estabilished partnerships, the changes in the flows of the network, the competitions, the catches, among other elements. In writing the narratives, visibility was also given to the process of writing itself, which is crossed by powers that dispute the direction of how the experience in this healthcare work is intended to be announced.
