Este trabalho pretende realizar uma análise crítico-reflexiva sobre as diretrizes educacionais que fundamentam a inclusão digital no processo de ensino/aprendizagem da Arte das sociedades capitalistas, bem como apresentar uma proposta de educação digital libertadora através da e-arte/educação. Para tanto, realizaremos um estudo com base nos seguintes eixos temáticos: conceito de "técnica" em relação aos aspectos socioculturais que fundamentam seu uso/idéia; a Indústria Cultural como protagonista dos interesses de dirigentes econômicos capitalistas presentes na sociedade contemporânea; a legislação vigente, incluindo a publicação do Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia, a qual estabelece parâmetros sobre a Sociedade da Informação no Brasil e Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, os quais apresentam as diretrizes educacionais brasileiras para a inclusão digital a partir das tecnologias contemporâneas utilizadas no processo de ensino/aprendizagem da Arte. Com base nos referidos eixos temáticos, realizaremos um estudo sobre a inclusão digital tecnicista, presente nos meios de comunicação interligados, os quais podem ser utilizados como eficientes instrumentos (e veículos) ditatoriais da indústria e-cultural massiva, para a consolidação dos interesses da elite capitalista. Em oposição ao ensino tecnicista e com base nas abordagens discutidas sobre técnica e tecnologia no âmbito da filosofia existencialista de Ortega y Gasset, sob os auspícios sistêmicos da física social, a qual pertence ao universo não-linear do ciberespaço, bem como dos meios de comunicações interligados, proporemos uma abordagem tecnoética e-arte/educativa, denominada Sistema Triangular Digital, que possibilite o desenvolvimento crítico da percepção digital através de um processo de ensino/aprendizagem concernente às necessidades intrínsecas e epistemológicas da metalinguagem, com seus signos e códigos culturais próprios.

This work intends to make a critical reflexive analysis about the educational guidelines that are the basis of the digital inclusion in the process of teaching/apprenticeship of capitalist societies' Art, as well as to present a proposal of setting digital education free through e-art/education. Therefore, this study will have the following thematic axes: concept of "technique" in relation to the sociocultural aspects that are the basis for its use/idea; the Cultural Industry as the protagonist of capitalist economic leaders´ interests which are present in the contemporary society; the current legislation including the publication from Ministry of Science and Technology, which establishes parameters on the Information Society in Brazil and National Curriculum Parameters which presents the Brazilian education guidelines for the digital inclusion as from contemporary technologies used in the process of Art teaching/apprenticeship. Based on the mentioned thematic axes we will study the technicist digital inclusion, present in the interlinked media which can be used as efficient dictatorial tools (and vehicles) of the massive e-cultural industry, to the consolidation of the capitalist elite´s interests. Opposed to the technicist teaching and based on the mentioned approaches on techniques and technology in the field of Ortega y Gasset´s existentialist philosophy under the systemic auspices of social physics, to which belongs the nonlinear universe of cyberspace, as well as the interlinked media, we will propose a techno-ethical e-art/educative approach, called Digital Triangular System, which makes possible the critical development of the digital perception through a process of teaching/apprenticeship related to the intrinsical and epistemological needs of the metalanguage, with its own signs and cultural codes.
