O trabalho de pesquisa que orbita em torno de uma produção material e que vê seu desenvolvimento no dia a dia do ateliê tem em seu âmago o encontro entre um saber de natureza artesanal, do fazer manual, com um saber de ordem conceitual que habita o mundo das ideias. A resultante desse encontro é a realização de imagens carregadas de subjetividade e que podem ser melhor compreendidas quando analisadas pela ótica do sensível. Uma imagem para nascer necessita de uma linguagem que faça a transposição de uma ideia em objeto material. Aqui vamos nos aproximar da gravura e da fotografia, que são algumas dessas linguagens. Vamos também considerar as especificidades de cada uma delas, um ponto de aproximação que se estabelece e a utilização da cor como o principal elemento constitutivo das obras. Sendo o trabalho principal de ordem material, a enxuta parte textual é uma tentativa de apresentar algumas reflexões que estão presentes nos processos de criação das imagens, sendo que tais processos se encontram velados e perdidos em meio a linhas e cores.

The research that surrounds a material production and that sees its development in the atelier's daily life has in its essence the meeting between an artisan knowledge, related to a manual activity; and a conceptual knowledge, i. e., a theoretical one. This meeting results in subjective images that can be better understood when analyzed by the sensitive view. An image to born needs a language that does the transposition from an idea to a material object. In this research, we come closer to woodcuts, engraving and photography, which are some of these languages. We will also consider the specificities of each one of them, an established approach point and the color use as the main constitutive elements of the art works. Being the main work a material one, the text prime idea is an attempt to present some thoughts that are present in the process of creation of the images, considering that these processes are hidden and lost among lines and colors.
