Abstract in English
This work constitutes the first detailed musical register of the fandangos of boots and spores, as well as the first look that identifies the musical idiosyncrasies of these countryside fandangos. The main tools to identify these characteristics were the transcription from the dances to music sheet, detailing each one of the resulting sounds, that are: spores, claps, finger snaps, feet and violas, as well as the analysis of this material. Along this work, it is presented a brief elucidation about the meaning of the word fandango, the different names and aspects along Brazil and the possible reasons to the bibliographic shortage it is faced about the countryside fandangos, because of all the fandangos that exists in Brazil, this one is the only kind that did not have a reasonable literature even since. Beyond these facts, it is possible, though the auto-ethnographic approach, to evidence the transformations that those process brought to the researcher though the coexistance with the fandangueiros from Itapetininga. The work presents sociological issues, but it does not intend to be as sociological as if a sociologist would have written it, because the main issue of this work is the musical one. The analysis of musical aspects makes possible to get conclusions about issues that usually are answered by sociological means, as the influence of the media and the transformations of these manifestations over time.
