A presente dissertação relata um processo artístico em que um ator criador organiza e desenvolve procedimentos técnicos - focados na linguagem corporal, na criatividade e no estudo de movimentos - para confeccionar uma máscara inteira expressiva, desenvolver o personagem proposto por esta e, posteriormente, criar uma cena. A pesquisa também explora o potencial cênico da máscara teatral e tem como referencial teórico a pedagogia desenvolvida por Jacques Lecoq e elementos presentes na linguagem cinematográfica de animação.

This study presents an artistic process wherein an actor creator organizes and develops technical procedures focused on body language, creativity, and the study of movements. The objective of this study is to make an expressive full mask, develop the character proposed by it and create a scene. The survey also explores the potential of theatrical mask and its theoretical pedagogy developed by Jacques Lecoq and elements present in the film language of animation.
