Objeto: esta pesquisa pretende investigar como está a qualidade de vida e de trabalho de mulheres jornalistas que atuam no telejornalismo hoje, a partir das histórias de vida de três jornalistas com mais de 20 anos de trabalho na área. Foram utilizadas ferramentas metodológicas da História Oral, de maneira que as entrevistadas narram suas próprias histórias. Metas: criar um vínculo de confiança entre autora e colaboradoras, que contam as suas histórias, bem como reforçar a importância desse vínculo para a realização do bom jornalismo, consciente e transformador. Para tanto, esta pesquisa busca deixar claro o relacionamento estabelecido entre entrevistadora e entrevistadas.

Object: this research aims to investigate how is the quality of life and of the job of female journalists who act on the broadcast journalism nowadays. In order to do this work, it was used the same methodology of the Oral History to construct the history of life of three women who have been working as journalists at television channels for more than 20 years. Following it, the stories are told by their own protagonists. Targets: creating a strong vinculum of confidence between the author and each one of the woman who were interviewed for this research, as well as enforcing how important is this connection to do a good journalism. In that way, this dissertation aims to make clear for the readers what kind of relationship was built up among the author and the collaborators.
