Este trabalho apresenta um estudo da questão do ensino da biblioteca e da apropriação cultural do dispositivo, tendo como parte essencial a elaboração de um programa de apresentação da biblioteca da Estação do Conhecimento do Programa Einstein na Comunidade Paraisópolis, espaço singular para a construção de saberes informacionais. Para tanto, defende a necessidade da elaboração de objetos privilegiados, desenvolvidos colaborativamente, que foram utilizados em um diálogo com a complexidade das linguagens e usos da biblioteca. O estudo mostrou que a apresentação e a inclusão dos sujeitos na biblioteca e nos ambientes de informação organizada é um processo complexo, que extrapola a dimensão mecânica da transmissão de informações ou de dados sobre como o dispositivo está organizado.

This work presents a study in the matter of the library instruction and construction of meaning for the use of the informational/cultural center, having as its essential part the development of an introduction program of the Estação do Conhecimento do Programa Einstein na Comunidade Paraisópolis's library. This is a unique place for the process of developing new informational knowledge. For that, this research supports that these kinds of programs need peculiar objects, which were developed in collaboration with the whole group of people involved. These peculiar objects were used in a dialogue with the complexity of the languages and uses of the library. The study showed that the introduction and incorporation of the individuals in the library and in the information environments is a complex process that goes beyond the mechanic dimension of the data and information transmission or how the devices are organized
