Abstract in English
In this work a consolidated product assembly line is analyzed using Multibody System (MBS) techniques. As its main proposal, the work relates dynamic properties of the process such as forces. Analysis using MBS techniques during the project phase allows improvement in the quality levels and productivity of the operator. A case study was developed to test the technical viability of this proposal in an automobile seating Supply Company. To this end, real process data was collected and compared with computer simulations results. Based on the analyses of the results, it is possible to conclude that computational simulation may be used as a powerful tool during product development phase.
