A cultura da cana-de-açúcar esta relacionada, principalmente, com a produção energia, podendo ser tanto por meio do etanol, quanto do açúcar ou quanto da energia elétrica. A demanda por alimentos e energia é crescente, proporcionando assim um crescimento da produção nacional destes produtos. Devido a essa necessidade, surge a importância de um planejamento para um sistema de colheita mecanizado na cultura, com a finalidade de atender ao aumento do consumo e às exigências legais oriundas dos fatores ambientais e sociais. Sendo assim, o objetivo geral desse estudo foi o de realizar, por meio de um estudo de caso, um modelo de dimensionamento operacional e econômico da colheita mecanizada de cana-de-açúcar, em uma destilaria na região de Assis, estado de São Paulo. Por tal, foi realizado um planejamento e caracterização dos conjuntos mecanizados para a colheita nas áreas do estudo de caso, por meio de definição do custo horário, tempo disponível, ritmo operacional e número de conjuntos. Com esses índices, a destilaria pretende aplicar o modelo e atender as premissas do Protocolo Agroambiental do Setor Sucroalcooleiro antes do prazo limite exigido para a mecanização da colheita da cana-de-açúcar. O investimento em tecnologia e manejo agrícola visando o aumento de produtividade por hectare é o fator de impacto imediato no custo de produção por tonelada.

The sugar cane crop is mainly related, with the production of this energy, can be either through the sugar or ethanol, and electric power. The demand for food and energy is increasing, thereby providing a growth of domestic production of those products. Because of this need, dawns the importance of planning for a mechanized harvesting system in culture, in order to meet the increased consumption and legal demands from environmental factors and female members. Thus, the overall objective of this research is to achieve, by means of a case study, an economic and operational scaling model of mechanical harvesting sugar cane in a distillery in the region of Assis, São Paulo State. Therefore, it was held a joint planning and characterization of mechanized harvesting in the areas of case study, by means of definition of timetable available, cost, time, and number of sets operating rhythm. With these indexes, the distillery want to apply the template and meet the assumptions of agricultural environmental Protocol of sugar-alcohol sector before the time limit required for the mechanization of the harvest of sugar cane. Investment in agricultural technology and management aimed at the increase of productivity per hectare is the immediate impact factor in the cost of production per ton.
