Abstract in English
This study aims to identify the inherent elements of the political consciousness of Mozambicans, specially when they refer to the corruption phenomenon in their own country. To do this, I make a psychopolitics analysis of their perceptions while social actors and actors of their own history about the mentioned problem. My hypothesis is that the historical factors that underlie and influence the contemporary socio-political atmosphere of the country, in spite of be seen as crucial for a comprehension and for a localized approach of the phenomenon, they have been few considered not only in academic researches, but also in analytical reports about the theme, social actions, legislation and public policies whose intention is to face this social evil
