A saúde da mulher é um campo em constante construção. Desde meados da década de 80, existem políticas públicas que adotam a perspectiva da saúde integral das mulheres. Entretanto, recorrentemente ainda encontramos desigualdades de gênero no atendimento às mulheres e concepções de saúde que circunscrevem a saúde da mulher à esfera reprodutiva. Este trabalho tem por objetivo estudar as práticas e as ações de saúde da mulher no município de Corumbataí e entender como essas práticas dialogam com a Política Nacional de Assistência Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PNAISM). A presente pesquisa se fundamenta no campo da Saúde Coletiva com foco na Saúde da Mulher e nos estudos das Relações de Gênero. Estabelece intersecções e recebe inspiração da obra de Michel Foucault e de autores que trabalham com pós-estruturalismo e construcionismo. A abordagem qualitativa foi aplicada nesse estudo, utilizando a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada como principal método de produção de informação. A análise das entrevistas foi organizada segundo a árvore de temas, conforme propõe Spink (2010). Os resultados foram organizados em dois eixos principais: O sistema e ações de saúde em Corumbataí; e Diálogo das ações de saúde com a PNAISM. As entrevistas nos deram pistas sobre o modo como se materializam as ações de saúde da mulher na cidade de Corumbataí. A saúde da mulher ainda é vista, predominantemente sob a ótica da reprodução, priorizando práticas ligadas ao ciclo reprodutivo. Temáticas como violência contra a mulher, pluralidades identitárias, relações de gênero e direitos sexuais e reprodutivos, apresentam fragilidades na forma como se engendram no sistema. Salientamos a importância de operar no sentido de oferecer mais visibilidade às questões de gênero e integralidade, incorporando tais pautas nas práticas e nas ações de saúde como forma de iniciar um debate e de desenhar políticas municipais que trabalhem com este tema.

Women's health is a field under constant development. Since the mid-80s there are public policies based on an integral view of women's health. However, we recurrently find gender inequalities in womens care and health concepts that circumscribe women's health to the reproductive sphere. The aims of this dissertation were to lead a study on care practices and women's health activities in Corumbataí city and to understand how these health practices dialogue with the National Policy of Integral Attention to Women's Health (PNAISM). This research is based on Public Health field focused in Women's Health and on studies of gender relations. It establishes intersections and It was inspired by Michel Foucaults work and other post-structuralist authors. The qualitative approach was applied in this study. The semi-structured interview method was used as the main tool to collect information. The data analysis was organized according to subject tree model proposed by Spink (2010). The results were grouped into two main areas: The Health system and practices in Corumbataí; and The dialogue with the PNAISM. The interviews gave us clues about how women's health actions are implemented in the city of Corumbataí. Women's health is still being seen predominantly from the perspective of reproduction. Themes, such as violence against women, plurality, identity, gender relations and sexual and reproductive rights show weaknesses in the way that how they engendered in the system. We stress the importance of working towards providing more visibility on gender issues and integrality in health care; and the importance of incorporating those perspectives in health practices and care as a way to start a debate and formulate municipal policies that work based on this theme.
